NAD-1111 Unsaturated Polyester Resin

• For General Applications: If the shop temperature is above 20°C, molded sheets can be produced satisfactorily without the need for high temperature post-curing and can be used at ambient temperature for most applications.
• For More Sensitive Applications: In cases where optimum properties or service temperatures above ambient temperature are required, high temperature post-curing is recommended.
• Optimum Temperature forNAD-1111: The ideal temperature for post-curing is 80°C. After the sheets are removed from the mold, they should be left to mature for 24 hours at an ambient temperature not lower than 20°C.

Storage conditions:

• NAD-1111: Unsaturated polyester resin is sensitive to temperature, light and oxidation and should be stored in a dry environment, at a temperature between 5 and 25°C and away from direct sunlight. The product should preferably be stored in its original, undamaged and unopened containers.
• Storage recommendations: NAD-1111 should be stored in closed containers in a dark place. The optimum storage temperature is below 20°C but should not exceed 30°C. Containers containing the product should preferably be opened immediately before use. If outdoor storage is required, it is recommended that the barrels be placed horizontally to prevent water ingress.

• Supplied in 200 kg barrels.

Storage time:

• Minimum storage time: Unsaturated polyester resin up to 4 months after Best before date of manufacture.
