%This project is designed to improve productivity and reduce operating costs at the Iranol petrochemical complex. Improving production efficiency is achieved through optimizing chemical processes and upgrading key equipment. Installing new catalysts in the main reactors will increase the percentage of raw material conversion into valuable products.
Rebuilding heat exchangers and upgrading heat transfer systems will reduce energy consumption. Implementing advanced control systems with the ability to automatically adjust operating parameters will increase process accuracy. Recycling spent solvents and optimizing refrigeration cycles are other parts of this project.
Reducing raw material losses will be achieved through installing vapor recovery systems and improving storage methods. Training technical personnel for optimal use of modern equipment is also on the agenda. This set of measures will lead to an increase in overall production efficiency by 18 percent and a 25 percent reduction in energy consumption.
The use of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence to predict product quality and optimize raw material composition is one of the new features of this project. Reducing production waste and increasing the quality of final products are other expected results. This project, while maintaining environmental and safety standards, is considered an important step towards the sustainable development of the country’s petrochemical industry.
The successful implementation of this project requires the cooperation of domestic experts and the use of the latest technological achievements. Careful planning has been carried out for the phased implementation of the project with minimal disruption to production lines. The return on investment of this project will be achieved in a suitable period of time, given the savings achieved by reducing energy and raw material consumption.
