Polyflake

The Poliflake dry flake filler system is an economical and cost-effective alternative to solid surface or engineered granite. It is designed to be mixed and sprayed with clear gelcoat, placed behind a clear gelcoat, or applied directly to the mold or primed surface. Poliflake is ideal for creating a luxurious look on kitchen and bathroom countertops, shower trays, work surfaces, office furniture and any other composite surface application.

In addition to its ease of application, Poliflake offers excellent coverage, significant cost savings and efficient use. When stored properly, Poliflake will have an indefinite shelf life, allowing you to mix and apply only the amount needed, when needed.

Standard method of using Poliflake

Add 30-40 grams of Poliflake per 1 kilogram of Gelcoat type Polijel P-213 spray and mix well. Apply this mixture using a spray gun with a 4 mm nozzle. After the spray layer has dried and hardened, prepare the polyester paste and pour it as a background layer. You can also add Polipigment Color Paste to this paste to create different granite effects.
